Bethlehem Twp. Crash Kills Elderly Woman On Valentine's Day An 84-year-old woman is dead following a two-car crash in Bethlehem Township on Tuesday afternoon, police told Daily Voice.  It happened just before 3:30 p.m. on Freemansburg Avenue near 13th Street, the department said.  The victim and her 89-year-old husband were headed east in their Chevrolet when a westbound Subaru crossed lanes and collided with their car, authorities explained.  The couple and the driver of the Subaru, a 20-year-old man from East Allen Township, were all rushed to Saint Luke's Anderson for treatment, officials wrote. The 84-year-old woman died tha…

Berks County Nightclub Burglar Busted With Meth: Police A burglar at a former Berks County nightclub was busted with meth, authorities announced. Police in Bern Township were called to the former Silo Nightclub in reference to a burglary in progress on Jan. 7, when they saw a running rental truck parked behind the building, authorities said. The responding officer could see footprints in the snow that showed someone had recently gone inside from this truck.
