New Details Emerge In 'Officer-Involved Shooting' In Northeast Philly
The man shot and killed by police officers in Northeast Philadelphia early Wednesday morning, Jan. 17 was 73-year-old Lawrence Packard of Jenkintown, officials announced. It started just before 5 a.m. when officers were called to the corner of Roosevelt Boulevard and Borbeck Street for a possible car crash, authorities said.
