Minivan Hits Three In Philadelphia, Flees Scene: Authorities Three people are hurt after a hit-and-run crash in Philadelphia's Kensington neighborhood on Monday night, May 6, city police told Daily Voice.  A minivan went around a stopped vehicle and hit three pedestrians crossing B Street at the intersection with Venango Street, authorities said. The van fled the scene heading south down B Street.  A 56-year-old woman was taken to Temple Hospital in critical condition with head trauma and internal injuries, police said.
