Hector Garcia Gomez, 46, was shot multiple times in the torso in the parking lot of Loco Hot Deals at 1155 MacArthur Road, Whitehall Township, around 6:03 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 7, according to the Whitehall Township Police Department and Lehigh County District Attorney’s Office. Officers responded to the store located at 2919 Lehigh Street after receiving a report of a shot fired inside the building on Wednesday, Oct. 16, the Allentown Police Department said. Officers were dispatched to the store at 1871 South 5th Street for a report of shots fired, police said.  Minutes later, a 22-year-old man was brought to St. Luke's Hospital-Sacred Heart Campus where he died from his injuries, the department said.
