The driver of the vehicle shown above was the victim of a hit-and-run crash at William Penn Highway and Emrick Boulevard around 9 a.m. on Tuesday, August 9, Bethlehem Township Police said on Sunday, August 14.

The offending vehicle fled east toward Route 33 and likely has front passenger side damage, police said.
