Rebecca, Richard Whiddon Killed In PA Crash; Driver Sentence A Pennsylvania man was sentenced to 26 years, nine months to 56 years, 10 months in state prison for causing the high-speed hit-and-run crash that killed a Connecticut couple in Bucks County last February. John Thomas Wadlinger Jr., 32, of Bensalem, received the sentence from Common Pleas Judge C. Theodore Fritsch on Monday, Jan. 27, 2025, at the Bucks County Justice Center. Wanted: Woman Fires Shots At Welfare Window, Bristol Township PD Say A woman is wanted in Bristol Township for firing shots that shattered a window at the Bucks County Assistance Office, authorities said on Wednesday, Sept. 18. April (Lynette) Campbell Precha, 37, has an active warrant for several felonies including aggravated assault and person not to have a firearm, Bristol Township police said in a press release. Precha is still considered to be armed. Police are asking everyone to use caution and not approach her, they explained. She served prison time in 2011 for theft, according to court records.
