The Philadelphia District Attorney's Office is suing Elon Musk and his America PAC over the $1 million sweepstakes both parties have been running at town halls in Pennsylvania. Musk and America PAC "are running an illegal lottery in Philadelphia (as well as throughout Pennsylvania)," the lawsuit states. A second missing woman has been found murdered in her Philadelphia home, police announced on Sunday, Oct. 27. Ivelisse Lugo, 51, of the 5900 block of Elsinore Street was reported as missing at 8:15 a.m., Philadelphia Police detailed in a release on Saturday, Oct. 26. A Philadelphia man was sentenced to 16 months in prison for making threatening antisemitic, Islamophobic rants over the phone, authorities said. Yaniv Gola, 51, was sentenced on Tuesday, Oct. 22 after being charged for making phone calls threatening to injure, rape, and kill eight different victims, the US Department of Justice said in a news release. After serving the prison time, Gola will be placed under three years of supervised release, the Department of Justice said.
