A Lancaster teenager has been charged in a crash that killed a US Army veteran in East Petersburg Borough last year, authorities announced on Thursday, Jan. 9. The 17-year-old, of the 100 block of North Reservoir Street, is accused of causing the April 7, 2024, crash that left 74-year-old Malcolm Parker of Lancaster dead, according to Northern Lancaster County Regional Police.
