'Despicable' Man Sentenced For Raping Bucks County Teenager: Judge Calling him “despicable,” a Bucks County judge sentenced a Sellersville man to 12 ½ years to 25 years in Pennsylvania State Prison for the rape of a 15-year-old girl in Quakertown, authorities said.
