Manhunt Ends With Arrest Of PFA Violator With Guns, PA State Police Say
A man is in custody and roads have reopened following a police incident turned into a search in Dauphin County on Thursday, May 30. Shawn Vann, 52 of Halifax Township, violated a Protection From Abuse order and attempted to see his ex-girlfriend around 10 a.m. on Thursday.
