Tractor-Trailer Rollover Crash Causes Delays On I-81: PennDOT A tractor-trailer rolled over on Interstate 81 on-ramp in Cumberland County on Wednesday morning, Oct. 9, according to officials. Only the trailer flipped at the on-ramp from Exit 52 — Route 11/New Kingston/Middlesex, from Route 11 to I-81 South, according to PennDOT's 511PA traffic cameras. First responders were called to the crash around 9:20 a.m., according to 511PA. There is no word of any injuries as of 10:30 a.m. PennDOT and the county are urging travelers to avoid the area. Driver Killed Fiery Crash ID'd By Lancaster County Coroner The man who became entrapped in his vehicle died at the scene of the crash has been identified, the Lancaster County Coroner's office announced on Thursday, Aug. 15.  Brian Lewis, 52, of the 1600 block of Slate Hill Road Drumore Township, died at the scene of a crash in the 1300 block of Slate Hill Road near the intersection of Tanning Yard Hollow Road in Drumore Township, Pennsylvania State Police Troop J announced. Conditions Improve For Injured Victims From PA Trump Rally, Hospital Says The two men who were shot during a Trump rally in Pennsylvania and left in critical condition have had their conditions upgraded, Allegheny Hospital Officials told Daily Voice on Wednesday, July 17.  David Dutch, 57 of New Kensington, PA, and James Copenhaver, 74 of Moon Township, PA, were in critical condition following the shooting by Thomas Matthew Crooks at the Trump rally on Saturday, July 13.
