MD Restaurant Cook ID'd In Fatal PA Crash: York County Coroner A 61-year-old woman who died in a two-crash has been identified by the York County Coroner's office on Monday evening, Aug. 6. Susan Lam, of the 2400 Block of Smith Mill Road, Shrewsbury Township died at the scene of the crash at the intersection of Mt.
