West Lawn Woman Charged With Third DUI After Two-Vehicle Crash: Police A Berks County woman has been charged with driving under the influence following a two-vehicle crash in West Lawn, Spring Township police announced on Tuesday, Nov. 19. Melissa Marie Negri, 48, of West Lawn, was identified as the driver who allegedly caused the crash at the intersection of Penn Avenue and Morwood Avenue on Thursday, Oct. 10, 2024, according to the release. Police said Negri showed signs of impairment during their investigation.
