Enlarged City School District of Middletown Superintendent Amy Creeden said the threat was received late Monday, Nov. 11, in Orange County at Monhagen Middle School in the town of Wallkill. Fernando Jimenez, age 40, shot his girlfriend and her two children with an illegally possessed handgun in the Baldwin Place section of Somers during a domestic dispute at about 11:35 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 28, according to New York State Police. The incident occurred in Sullivan County on Saturday, Oct. 19, in Fallsburg. The incident occurred in Dutchess County on Thursday, Oct. 17, at the school on N. Park Drive.
