A 14-year-old student from the region has been arrested for allegedly making threats of mass harm to a high school through email. The incident occurred in Saratoga County on Wednesday, Sept. 11, at Shenendehowa High School West in Clifton Park. According to Saratoga County Sheriff's Capt. Daniel Morley, the student, made several threatening emails to Shenendehowa High School West. A 40-year-old Wilton man is believed to have been drunk when he rolled his truck during a single-vehicle crash that ejected two young boys from the truck's bed and into the hospital, authorities said. Matthew J. Murry Jr. said he crashed his vehicle on Pettis Road in Wilton just after 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 6, the Saratoga County Sheriff's Office said. Three decades after Betty Conley was shot and killed while working at a convenience store in the region, her killer has yet to face justice. The Saratoga County murder happened in the town of Charlton, at the Xtra Mart on State Route 67, at around 3 a.m. on July 8, 1993. Saratoga County resident Robert Crofut left his Moreau home at around 10 a.m. Friday, July 5, according to sheriff’s officials.
