It happened in Centereach on Sunday, Nov. 17, around 10:25 a.m., at the intersection of Middle Country Road and Ronkonkoma Boulevard.  Suffolk County Police said a 32-year-old Medford man was driving a Nissan Sentra south on Ronkonkoma Boulevard when he attempted to turn left onto Middle Country Road, colliding with a motorcycle traveling westbound.
