A 33-year-old Connecticut man accused of selling controlled substances and fleeing from officers was jailed in the Hudson Valley after being apprehended on multiple outstanding warrants, police said. Hudson Valley Man Busted By Drug Task Force Following Investigation
An alleged Hudson Valley drug dealer was nabbed following a three-month investigation into the sale of cocaine in the area. Dutchess County resident Shyquan J. Collins, age 32, of Poughkeepsie, was charged on Thursday, Oct. 31, by the Dutchess County District Attorney’s Office Drug Task Force. According to Det. Sgt. Adam Harris of the task force, Collins, was investigated for more than three months in the town and city of Poughkeepsie for the sale of cocaine. A drug task force took down an alleged Hudson Valley fentanyl dealer after agents made several "buys" from him at several locations. Dutchess County resident Christian Blades, age 31, of Poughkeepsie, was charged on Thursday, Oct. 24, following an investigation by the Dutchess County District Attorney’s Office Drug Task Force. An alleged drug dealer in the region was busted after he was caught selling cocaine mixed with fentanyl in connection with a fatal car crash. Dutchess County resident Joseph M. A 32-year-old man from the region faces a long list of charges for selling cocaine and prescription medication in the Hudson Valley, authorities announced.
