Man Found Sleeping In Stolen Car At Gas Station In Region, Police Say A man is facing charges after he was allegedly found sleeping in a stolen car at a Capital Region gas station. Saratoga County Sheriff’s deputies responded to the 7-Eleven on Route 50 in Wilton for a welfare check at around 5:30 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 18. Deputies arrived to find Joseph Plummer, 35, of Galway, asleep in a vehicle at a gas pump, the agency said. He had been sleeping in the car, which had been reported stolen out of Massachusetts, for several hours, according to police. The initial recall involving the manufacturer, Bruce Pac, was for 9,986,245 pounds of ready-to-eat (RTE) products sold at Walmart, Target, Amazon, Trader Joe's, 7-Eleven, Aldi, and other stores.
