Driver Rams Several Orange County Police Cars During Pursuit, Police Say Police nabbed a 26-year-old Hudson Valley man after he allegedly rammed numerous police cars during a pursuit and foot chase. The incident occurred in Orange County on Sunday, Sept. 8 in Chester. According to Chester Police Chief Daniel Doellinger, two officers, including K9 Lou, were in a marked patrol vehicle stopped at a red traffic signal on Kings Highway when a motorcycle rear-ended the vehicle.
