Hudson Valley Shooter Nabbed With Help From FBI, Police Say A Hudson Valley man has been taken into custody in connection with a shooting on a city street. The incident occurred in Rockland County on Saturday, Oct. 26, at 5:50 a.m. on South Main Street in Spring Valley. According to Det. Matt Galli of the Spring Valley Police officers located an injured victim who was bleeding on the sidewalk.  The victim was transported to a local hospital, where he was treated for a gunshot wound.
