Person Stabbed In Hudson Valley, Suspect On Run Police in the Hudson Valley are asking the public for help after a person was found stabbed. The incident occurred in Orange County around 9:35 a.m., Wednesday, June 19, in the area of 124 Grand St., in the city of Newburgh.  According to Mike Neppl, Chief of Staff for the city, officers responded and located a victim, a 44-year-old City of Newburgh resident. They were transported to a local hospital for treatment. Neppl said the victim is currently in a critical status.  "The suspect remains unknown at this time," he added. ID Released For Woman Found Dead In Hudson Valley Police have identified a woman who was found dead in the region. Related: Person Found Shot Dead On Kingston Street Ulster County resident Rieke Guercio, age 71, of Kingston, was found around 2 p.m. on Sunday, June 2, in the area of Meade Street in Kingston. Suspect Nabbed In Hudson Valley Home Invasion-Robbery, Police Say A 34-year-old man is behind bars after allegedly attempting to shoot a homeowner during a Hudson Valley home invasion and robbery. The incident occurred in Rockland County around 9:40 p.m., Monday, May 20, on Dickens Street in Stony Point. According to Lt.
