The identity has been released of a Long Island man who was killed in a crash involving an allegedly drunk driver. The identity has been released for a man struck and killed on a Long Island roadway. The crash happened just before 9 p.m. Friday, May 31, in Brentwood. Suffolk County Police said the man was crossing Wicks Road, just south of Merrill Street when he was struck by a southbound 2016 Honda CRV driven by a 58-year-old Bay Shore man.
