On that Wednesday in 2014, troopers and multiple other law enforcement agencies responded to the Albany County home on Western Avenue in the town of Guilderland. Seen Her Or This Car? Alert Issued For Missing Hewlett Woman Have you seen her? A Long Island woman has gone missing and authorities are asking the public's help in locating her.  Betty Falk, age 66, was last seen leaving her Hewlett home in her 2023 black Mercedes-Benz around 6 a.m. Monday, Oct. 7. She is described as being vulnerable. Police say she's 5-foot-4, 110 pounds with long black hair. Her destination is unknown. Police Search For Hit-Run Driver In Crash On William Floyd Parkway In Shirley Police are asking for the public's help in locating the driver involved in a hit-and-run Long Island crash. A white box truck was traveling southbound on William Floyd Parkway in Shirley, near Flower Hill Drive, when it struck a 2015 Kia Optima at 11:15 p.m. on Wednesday, June 26.  The driver of the box truck fled the scene.
