Fatal Hit-Run Westbury Crash: Drunk Driver From Hicksville Charged, Police Say It happened just before 4 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 27, in Westbury. A gray 2006 Chrysler Sebring was traveling eastbound on Old Country Road when it struck a bicyclist near the intersection of State Street.  The driver of the vehicle, Wilfredo Blanco Molina, age 41, of Hicksville, fled the scene and continued to drive eastbound on Old Country Road, Nassau County Police said. The crash happened around 7:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 13, in Central Islip. A 19-year-old Brentwood man was riding a bicycle westbound across Joshuas Path at Vanderbilt Avenue when he was struck by a 2012 Honda sedan traveling southbound on Joshuas Path, according to Suffolk County Police.
