The incident occurred in Dutchess County at 2:40 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 15, in LaGrange. According to New York State Police Trooper AJ Hicks, an initial investigation determined Joseph W. According to Poughkeepsie Police, Tyndale allegedly sexually abused a victim beginning at the age of 10 for four years.
