John Gotti Jr.’s wife and daughter will avoid criminal charges in connection with a fight at a youth basketball game on Long Island. A Nassau County judge cited “procedural grounds” for dismissing the misdemeanor assault charges against Kimberly Gotti, age 55, and Gianna Gotti, age 23, on Tuesday, Oct. 1. “We await the judge’s written decision and will review our options,” a spokesperson for the DA’s office told Daily Voice. Man Busted In Broom Handle Attack During Incident In Region
A man was charged with allegedly assaulting a woman with a broom handle and his fist, causing a head injury, during a domestic dispute in the region. Ulster County resident Harry J. Krom, age 42, of Kerhonkson, was arrested on Wednesday, Sept. 25, on Two Path Road in Wawarsing. An investigation alleges that Krom repeatedly struck a 45-year-old woman with a broom handle and closed fist. Pop superstar Justin Timberlake took time out of his European tour to face a New York judge in his alleged drunk driving case on Long Island. The former NSYNC frontman pleaded not guilty to one count of driving while intoxicated during a virtual appearance before Sag Harbor Village Justice Court on Friday morning, Aug. 2. Timberlake, age 43, of Franklin, Tennessee, was arrested shortly after leaving the posh American Hotel in Sag Harbor, around 12:30 a.m., Tuesday, June 18, after a night of drinking with friends, according to multiple news reports. Capital Region Woman Accused Of Stalking
A resident from the region has been accused of stalking. New York State Police in Columbia County from the Livingston barracks say an investigation determined Tara Tomlin, age 29, of Elizaville, contacted the past and current employer of the victim to make false allegations of drug use and inappropriate behavior. On Tuesday, June 25, Tomlin was charged with: Aggravated harassment in the second degree, Stalking in the fourth degree. Tomlin was arraigned before the city of Hudson Court and released on her own recognizance to reappear on Tuesday, July 2.
