Food Truck Announces Closure In Hudson Valley: 'Our Business Cannot Survive' A popular Rockland County food truck known for its sandwiches, salads, and more has announced its upcoming closure.  Gracie's Bulldog Grille Food Truck, based in Blauvelt at 600 Route 303, will be closing at the end of March, the owners announced on Monday, March 10.  The owners cited financial difficulties and struggles in sourcing their ingredients as the reasons for their decision: "Due to the rising prices, the lack of availability and the limited availability of products, our business can not survive," they wrote in their announcement on social media.
