Roadwork Scheduled On I-684 Stretch: Here's When, Where Roadwork is scheduled for a busy stretch of I-684in Northern Westchester. The New York State Department of Transportation (DOT) is advising motorists that the northbound side will be reduced to one lane between Exit 6A (Route 22) in Lewisboro and Exit 7 (Route 116) in North Salem, on Thursday, Sept. 19, between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m., to facilitate bridge work, weather permitting.

Lane Reduction To Slow Traffic On I-684 In Northern Westchester: Here's Where Traffic on a stretch of I-684 in Westchester and Fairfield counties is set to be affected by a series of lane reductions, officials announced.  Both directions of Interstate 684 in North Castle and Greenwich, between Exit 2 (Route 120) and Exit 3 (Route 22) will be reduced to one lane on Wednesday, Sept. 4, and Thursday, Sept. 5, the New York State Department of Transportation announced.  The lane closures will be put into place between 8 p.m. on Wednesday and 5 a.m. on Thursday.  The traffic impacts will allow crews to perform bridge work, officials said.

Months-Long Closure Of Roadway In Northern Westchester Starts A months-long closure of a roadway in the region is now underway. The New York State Department of Transportation advises motorists traveling in Northern Westchester County that Illington Road will be closed at the Taconic State Parkway in the Village of Ossining. The DOT said the closure, from Monday, July 29, through Monday, Nov. 18, is to facilitate a bridge rehabilitation project, weather permitting. Motorists should follow the posted detour as an alternate. The roadway closure is necessary to facilitate the ongoing rehabilitation of key bridges in the Hudson Valley.

Months-Long Lane Closure To Snag Traffic On Busy Hudson Valley Roadway A tunnel on a busy road in the Hudson Valley will be reduced to one lane with alternating traffic for several months, officials announced. Lane Reductions Expected Along I-84 in Dutchess County Motorists in Dutchess County can expect lane reductions on I-84 beginning next week. The State Department of Transportation is advising Dutchess County drivers that I-84 will be reduced to one lane in each direction between Exit 44 (Route 52) in the Town of Fishkill and Exit 46 (Route 9) in the Town of East Fishkill.
