Several longtime Publishers Clearing House winners, including those who relied on their prizes to pay bills, may never see their millions in promised winnings, according to a report. Ten prize winners are among PCH's largest unsecured creditors, according to federal court records obtained by The New York Times. More than 30 high schools across the Northeast have earned spots among the top 100 in the country, according to a new ranking. Niche has released its Best Public High Schools in America rankings for 2025. The list evaluates schools using data from the Department of Education, along with millions of student and parent reviews. A Queens Village man accused of exposing himself twice to the same woman in a Syosset parking lot has been arrested, Nassau County police announced on Friday, July 18. Ryan Paul Sabin, 42, was first seen with his pants down outside his vehicle on Michael Drive around 8:12 p.m. on Wednesday, July 16, detectives said.
