Federal prosecutors have charged two New York City teenagers who they say are responsible for a weeks-long string of gunpoint robberies that targeted restaurants and a gas station in Westchester County and Manhattan. A 69-year-old woman who was fatally shot by New York State Police troopers during a domestic disturbance in Orange County has been identified, and new details about the officers involved have been released. The incident unfolded early Saturday morning, April 12, at around 2:30 a.m. at a residence on Forrest Drive in the Town of Deerpark, as Daily Voice reported.
