Albany Man Nabbed After Attacking Woman With Gun, Police Say A 23-year-old Capital Region man has been charged in connection with a domestic-related menacing crime in which he allegedly threatened a woman with a handgun. The incident occurred in Albany around 10:30 a.m. on South Pearl Street on Wednesday, Sept. 25. According to Albany Police, an investigation into the incident found that Teshawn Conley of Albany had been involved in a physical altercation with a woman, during which he threatened her with a handgun while a child was present. The incident occurred in Dutchess County at the Pine Grove Motel in Beekman at 6:40 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 1. According to Capt.
