The incident happened in Riverhead, at the 7-Eleven store on Old Country Road, at around 1:45 a.m. Monday, Nov. 4. Riverhead Town Police said a masked man approached the counter and requested a pack of cigarettes before demanding that the female clerk open the cash register. When the employee refused, the man jumped over the counter and pulled out what appeared to be a gun covered with a cloth. Detectives are asking for the public’s help in locating three suspects following a robbery at a Long Island convenience store. The incident happened in Uniondale, at the Pump & Stuff gas station on Jerusalem Avenue, at around 3:45 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 20. Nassau County Police said one suspect concealed various items in his pockets while another distracted the employee. A third culprit held the door open. When the clerk confronted the one who was stealing, the suspect pushed past them and ran out of the store without paying.…
