Revealing Clothes, Offensive Tattoos May Now Get You Kicked Off This Airline's Flights Travelers on Spirit Airlines may not be allowed on flights with offensive clothing or tattoos, according to a new policy. Spirit made the change in its Contract of Carriage, which was updated on Wednesday, Jan. 22. The new rules allow the airline to deny boarding or remove passengers whose attire or body art is deemed "lewd, obscene, or offensive in nature." Alert Issued For Missing 15-Year-Old Boy From Baldwin Authorities issued an alert for a missing teenager from Long Island. Zyiwarrey Smith, age 15, was last seen leaving his Baldwin home at around 7 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 6, according to Nassau County Police. He was reported missing that evening. Smith is 5-foot-9 and 150 pounds with short, black curly hair and brown eyes. He also has a nose piercing. He was last seen wearing black sweatpants, a black sweatshirt, black Nike sneakers, and carrying a black Nike backpack. On Long Island, the Gilgo Beach Task Force released details about clothing that was worn by the so-called “Asian Doe,” whose skeletal remains were found along Ocean Parkway in Gilgo Beach on April 4, 2011. The man, who investigators revealed was beaten to death sometime prior to 2006, was found wearing all women’s clothing. Detectives are asking for the public’s help in locating three suspects following a robbery at a Long Island convenience store. The incident happened in Uniondale, at the Pump & Stuff gas station on Jerusalem Avenue, at around 3:45 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 20. Nassau County Police said one suspect concealed various items in his pockets while another distracted the employee. A third culprit held the door open.
