A Westchester man has been charged with felony DWI after he was intercepted driving the wrong way on the Saw Mill River Parkway while drunk, according to police. The incident took place in Yonkers around 4 a.m. Tuesday, July 26. Westchester Man Charged With Threatening To Kill County Police Officer
A 20-year-old man is facing charges for allegedly threatening to kill a Westchester County police officer, authorities announced. Yonkers resident Hector Gonzalez was charged with aggravated harassment following his arrest on Thursday, Jan. 20 for making the alleged threat after tracking down an officer's contact information. According to police, Gonzalez is accused of obtaining the officer’s cell phone number and making an anonymous call on Sunday, Jan. 16 to threaten the officer’s life while also referencing his family. Driver In Wrong Way Westchester Crash Charged With Assault
The 35-year-old man who injured a family of six after slamming his SUV into their car driving the wrong way on the Bronx River Parkway last week has been arraigned as he continues to recover from his own injuries sustained in the crash. Manhattan resident Diego Caceres was charged with assault at his bedside arraignment at Westchester Medical Center on Tuesday morning.
