In another sign that New York is in full recovery mode from the COVID-19 pandemic, the state announced that it will be closing down its drive-through testing site in Westchester, the first hotspot for the virus when the outbreak began. Coyote Attack On Sheep Reported At Muscoot Farm
County officials said a coyote may have killed a sheep at Muscoot Farm in Somers and injured two others on Thursday. The sheep were found when employees to perform morning farm chores Thursday and noticed a sheep lying in the field and two others limping, said Alexis Joondeph-Breidbart, a spokeswoman for Westchester County. Muscoot Farm is an early 20th-century interpretative farm museum that is owned and operated by the Westchester County Department of Parks, Recreation, and Conservation.
