A Hudson Valley high school student who has persevered despite his cerebral palsy diagnosis and was presented with an award from the New York Giants was also able to enjoy a free trip to the Super Bowl. After spending most of his childhood bouncing from home to home, a Rockland County football standout has finally found a home on and off the field. Jeffrey Adeclat, a star linebacker for Suffern High School, has been named a finalist for the “ Heart of a Giant ” award.
