Suspect Caught After Crashing Stolen Vehicle In Westchester, Police Say A local man was arrested for ripping off a car in Westchester after crashing the vehicle. The incident took place around 8:48 p.m. Thursday in the area of the McDonald's on Wildey Street, said Tarrytown Police Lt. Greg Budnar. Tarrytown Police, along with the Greenburgh Drug Task Force officers and Sleepy Hollow Police patrol units responded to the report of a stolen vehicle robbery that had just occurred.
