Crash Destroys FedEx Tractor-Trailer On Busy Roadway In Region
A driver managed to escape severe injuries during a crash of a FedEx tractor-trailer. The crash took place in Sullivan County in the town of Thompson on Route 17 around 7 a.m., on Tuesday, Aug. 30. According to the Rock Hill Fire Department, the driver was able to exit the vehicle on his own and was immediately transported to the hospital by Mobile medic EMS with non-life-threatening injuries. The department was assisted by: New York State Police, State Department of Transportation, Mobile medic EMS, Rock Hill EMS Prestige Towing.

Tractor-Trailer Crash Causes Road Closure In Area
State police are on the scene of a crash in which a piece of equipment fell off of a tractor-trailer during a rollover crash. The crash took place in Sullivan County after 8 a.m., Tuesday, Feb. 25, on Rock Hill Drive in Rock Hill, said Trooper Steven Nevel. Only the tractor-trailer was involved with the incident, Nevel said. Troopers on the scene are still gathering information, but there are no fatal injuries, Nevel said. Tractor-Trailer Hauling Liquid Eggs Overturns, Spilling Contents On Side Of Roadway
A tractor-trailer hauling liquid eggs overturned after driving off the roadway, overturning and spilling the eggs on the side of the road. The incident took place in Sullivan County around 4:55 a.m., Friday, Oct. 18, near Sheeley Lane and Glen Wild Road in Rock Hill, said the Rock Hill Fire Department Chief Brian Soller. When Rock Hill firefighters arrived on the scene, the driver had been able to get out of the truck on his own, Soller said. He was transported with minor injuries to an area hospital.
