Westchester Tractor-Trailer Driver Hits, Kills Man Crossing Roadway, Police Say
A 41-year-old Hudson Valley man was found dead lying on a roadway after reports of a crash. The incident took place in Rockland Countyaround 4:20 a.m., Monday, Oct. 23, on Route 59 in Spring Valley. According to Spring Valley Police Department Det. Matthew Galli, when officers arrived on the scene they found the victim in the roadway next to a tractor-trailer.
