Westchester Man Posing As Investor Scammed More Than $190K, DA Says A 47-year-old man is facing a series of charges after being arraigned on a five-count indictment for allegedly swindling a trio of Westchester victims out of their life savings, and temporarily fleeing to Spain to avoid prosecution, officials announced on Friday.
