A 14-year-old boy was stabbed during a fight with another teen over an "ongoing issue," authorities said. The attack took place in Columbia County around 7:30 a.m., Tuesday, Aug. 17 in the city of Hudson. Police in the Hudson Valley are investigating after a 3-year-old child was found unresponsive in a home and later died. The incident took place in Orange County in the town of Wallkill on Thursday, June 2 at 82 Edward Diana Way. Wallkill police responded to the home for a report to assist a citizen, said Lt. A Hudson Valley school district has canceled classes for the day as police investigate what officials describe as a "very serious matter." More than two dozen residents were displaced in Westchester after a fast-moving three-alarm fire tore through a multi-family home, authorities announced. Police are investigating the shooting death of a 29-year-old man in what may have been a targeted killing in Westchester County. An investigation is underway after a house in the Hudson Valley caught fire. It happened in Rockland County, on Thornwood Drive in New City at about 1 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 10, according to the Clarkstown Police Department. Police are investigating after a 30-year-old man was found dead inside an area hotel. The discovery was made around 7 a.m., Saturday, Jan. 8, in Dutchess County, authorities said.
