Financer Sells $12.8M Westchester Waterfront Oasis The Hudson Valley was home to some of the most expensive properties sold north of New York City, according to a brand new report. According to PropertyShark, which released the report, eight of the 10 properties that made the list (of most expensive traded) are in Westchester, with the remaining two in Dutchess. They considered every county north of NYC, including Westchester and Rockland.
