Man Causes $1.5K In Damage To Vehicle In Road Rage Incident, State Police Say A 55-year-old man allegedly caused more than $1,500 in damage to a car during a road rage incident, state police said. New York State Police troopers in Dutchess County from the Rhinebeck barracks were dispatched to Church Street in Pine Plains on Oct. 24, where there was a report of criminal mischief incident. Troopers said that the victim told investigators that an unknown person punched his vehicle in a bout of road rage, causing the damage.
