1 Killed After Woman Runs Red Light In Hudson Valley, State Police Say One man was killed after a Hudson Valley woman allegedly ran a red light and crashed into another vehicle. The crash took place in Orange County around 7:30 a.m., on Thursday, June 8 on Route 6 in Greenville, said Trooper Steven Nevel, of the New York State Police.  Nevel said troopers responded to the intersection of Route 6 and Mountain Road in the town of Greenville for the report of a two-vehicle crash involving injuries. The incident took place in Orange County around 11:45 a.m., on Wednesday, May 10 on High Street in Unionville. ID Released For Man Hit, Killed By Metro-North Train In Hudson Valley Officials have released the identity of a man who was killed after being struck by a Metro-North train in the area. The incident occurred in Orange County ar 9 a.m., Sunday, Dec. 11, at the Fowler Street grade crossing in the city of Port Jervis. The man, identified as Anthony R. Brooks, age 41, address unknown, was standing on the tracks when hit, MTA officials said. Earlier report: Person Hit, Killed By Train In Port Jervis Brooks was transported to Bon Secours Hospital and pronounced dead around 10 a.m., officials said. It happened just before 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 27 in Orange County at the intersection of Route 209 and Route 80 (Neversink Drive) in the town of Deerpark.
