A man faces criminal charges after spitting on a victim in front of a BJ's Wholesale Club in Northern Westchester and hitting his shopping cart with his car, police said.
Peekskill resident Robert Casey, age 30, was arrested after surrendering himself to Yorktown Police on Thursday, Jan. 18 on charges resulting from an incident on Monday, Jan. 8, the department announced.

A company is recalling millions of units of fruit gummies that were sold in stores nationwide after receiving reports of the cap popping off with force, causing injuries.
On Wednesday, March 16, Reckitt recalled 63 and 75 count bottles of Airborne Gummies, which were sold in blueberry pomegranate, orange, and assorted fruit flavors, according to an announcement on the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission's website.

A new BJ’s Wholesale Club has opened in the Hudson Valley, bringing dozens of temporary and full-time jobs to the region.
The wholesale giant opened up the new 89,000-square-foot club in Orange County on Auto Park Place in Newburgh, making it the company’s 44th location in New York and 220th across the country.
