The single-engine Piper PA-46 went down in Catskill Park around 2 p.m. Sunday, June 30, in the small Delaware County village of Sidney. Large Group of Dirt Bike, ATV Riders Race Through Streets In Area, Frightening Residents A large group of more than 30 dirt bike and ATV drivers were arrested after the group allegedly drove through the streets of the City of Newburgh at high speeds, frightening residents and other drivers. The incident took place around 4 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 18, when the large group of riders gathered in the City of Newburgh, said City of Newburgh Police Lt. Brandon Rola.
