McCabe was recognized for his outstanding academic and extracurricular achievements. He is ranked sixth in the senior class and is a member of the National and Spanish Honor Societies. He also is the recipient of Saint Michael’s College Book Award for Leadership.
Outside the classroom, McCabe is a member of the baseball team, editor-in- chief of The Guardian school newspaper, a member of Student Council and vice president of the Respect Life. He also is an altar server, a retreat leader and a sports reporter for the school’s television studio.
Founded in 1962, St. Joseph Regional High School is a Roman Catholic college preparatory school for boys in Montvale, N.J. It is accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Secondary Schools and enrolls about 500 young men from northern New Jersey and Orange and Rockland counties in New York.
