No Republicans were registered with Rockland County's Board of Elections, said the lohud.com report.
Cohig is a scenic artist, and Cooper works at the library, according to the lohud.com report.
Hammond is vying for a third term, while Parker will be seeking her eighth, lohud.com said.
The primary may be perceived as "a referendum of the actions the board has taken on development," a sticking point in Nyack, per candidates, the lohud.com report said.
Protests took place early in 2016 about an amendment to permit "taller and denser buildings" by the river, said lohud.com.
