Shelly Ramirez, 24, of Bronx, was arrested on April 25 on numerous charges after officers responded to the Time Hotel in Nyack for a dispute in one of the rooms, police said.

When officers arrived they found Ramirez in the room with a 3-year-old child and in possession of methamphetamines and marijuana, police said.

She was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance; endangering the welfare of a child, and possession of marijuana. Ramirez was also wanted by New York City police on a bench warrant. She was turned over to the NYPD.

In another incident, Orangetown police arrested Christine Culbreth, 32, of Allentown, N.J., during a STOP-DWI checkpoint in Pearl River for driving with a blood alcohol level over 0.08 percent.

Culbreth was charged with DWI and released on her own recognizance.
