Mara E. Dale, 27, was stopped in the village on Monday, May 16, and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, circumventing an interlock device, and criminal possession of a controlled substance, all misdemeanors, police said.
A search found that Dale had several Oxycodone and Klonopin pills but no prescription, police said.
She was freed on $250 bail and is due to appear in Orangetown Justice Court to answer the charges on Thursday, May 26.
